Although this company has a good program and sounds like a great way to go, don't be mislead into thinking you are getting a good deal. Look into the house your interested in, compare it with others in the area with similar options and sizes. Ask around and find out what the house your are looking at originally sold for before you go any further and let them tell you what you are buying the house for. Do your research and bring a list of comparables along. The house ended up being a 79 percent mark-up in price. 79 percent, that's your third choice.....not ours. We will wait a year to get one ourselves and at about half the cost.

An absolutely horrible experience. Extremely rude people. Long LONG delays. Lots of guesses made. Overcharged after I called them on everything. Stay far far away from this company. BBB contacted.
